"I visited this store to buy a travel pillow, and I picked one pillow that the label was already ripped off. I was actually being nice to buy this pillow because I thought only defect on this pillow is just ripped label. When the cashier, Monica helped me with the payment, Monica straight up and asked me "why did you ripped this off?" And, I was little embarrassed as people waiting on the line all watching this. I told Monica that I didn't ripped it off and she literally told me that she saw I was ripping the label. Then, she kept me hostage for 20 mins while waiting her supervisor to come back from the restroom. I asked the supervisor for CCTV/surveillance record so I can prove my innocence. The supervisor didn't seem sorry or have any sympathy on me. I finally learned how false accusation can ruin a day. Thank you so much Monica and her supervisor."
