"My starter went out at a gas station. State Farm roadside assistance couldn't get me a tow unless I could find an open shop. Most were closed. I was dead in the water. I saw one shop was open till 9 p.m. I called and spoke with the owner and he said I could drop it off with him. He had a couple of customer's jobs to do first and he was able to get to mine quickly. Starts great now. The final cost was better than I had Google searched for a starter replacement. I was surprised and ecstatic. Very friendly, honest, and fair owner and team. It was a family operation, I believe. Will definitely return for any other car problems I have and I have told my friends and family too. You never know how it can go when you're in a bind and need help. JP Auto Repair saved me that night and I deeply appreciate it."
