"I’ve been going to Ep3 for around a year and half now. Zack is extremely knowledgeable and has always made sure my car is being done properly. The professionalism at this shop is unmatched and they make sure to have everything installed properly. So far this shop has done the falling installations on my BMW F10: Charge pipe Boost pipe Air induction pipe Intercooler Downpipe Turbosmart blow off valve Electronic brake bleed on my 7 series brake conversion Front HR sway bar Rear HR sway bar Coilovers To give an example of how thorough these guys are … after installing my coilovers, they felt there might be a slight thump coming from the front and they took me along for the ride to see if I can hear it as well. They kept my car overnight and worked on it many hours the following day until they got everything dialed in perfectly. They even offered me to bring the car back to adjust the height since it seemed to be a little lower than what I had requested but I ended up loving the ride height. I had 7 series calipers installed on 5 series by another shop that didn’t know how to bleed it properly. My pedal felt spongy and ep3 electronically bled and corrected everything for me. "I just recently switched from an Audi to a BMW X5M and wasn’t sure were I should bring it as my previous mechanic did mostly audi. After asking and looking around, EP3 came up multiple times, so I stopped by to see if I could set up a time to bring the X5M in. Right off the bat, the owner Brian and his whole team were super friendly and took the time to answer quite a few of my questions. We set up a time to bring it in, they did the work I wanted and even let me know about a problem they noticed on the car, explained what it was and gave me the option to get it fixed same day. "EP3 is the best BMW shop in IL. They squeezed me in a week before my third party warranty expired, managed to get a repair order going for some electrical issues, and later even managed to help get me covered for other electrical issues that required manager approval to be paid out by the warranty company! Thanks to EP3 I am able to enjoy my F06 BMW M6 Gran Coupe to the fullest again and I finally have my Bang & Olufsen sound system back in action that was out due to the amp being blown which alone costs over $3K to remove and replace!!!
