"Pom is amazing and so helpful! I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago and stopped in on my orthopedic surgeon's recommendation. I have flat feet and wanted to make sure I had the right shoes for rehab. I had a brand new pair of Brooks Glycerine shoes that I bought last year and she watched my gait and decided that all I needed was a good pair of inserts. They made a huge difference in my ability to walk steadily and will most certainly accelerate my recovery! We were very happy and impressed with her knowledge and friendliness. "Incredible experience today at Runners high n Tri! The owners were very welcoming and upon entering told us to take our time shopping around and to feel free to ask them any questions. I did a foot scan and tried on a few pairs of shoes. The woman helping me was able to tell immediately what shoes would work with my feet right away. I stood up in a pair of shoes and have never felt a pair of shoes fit so well. The shop was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Will return for all shoe purchases in the future, great place, you have to check it out, especially if you are a runner!"

"I had been looking for running shoes but not just any pair since I have some problems with my feet and didn't want to make matters worse if I got just any generic pair of running shoes, so talking to a coworker she recommended this place and I'm more than happy I went to get my shoes here. As soon as I came in I was greeted and helped by Mark, he was friendly and super helpful and recommend a pair which I ended up getting as they were super comfortable, he let me know i had 30 days to try them out and exchange if i wasn't happy. At check out he also threw in a free pair of socks and a stylus pen which I use at work everyday. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience here, highly recommend!"

"I can't say enough great things about this local place. It's family owned and recommended by an amazing group of local AH ladies. The owners are super knowledgeable- we were able to find the perfect fit for each of us based on our running needs and how our feet "work". I've been running with my new shoes for 3 weeks now and I no longer have discomfort, my new shoes were perfectly fitted! Will be doing back for all of our other running shoe needs"
