"I Hired them for my gender reveal, and it was so hard booking because every time I called, they said they were gonna call me back and they never did, so after 2 days I had to call back and then got an answer for the first question, If I had more, it was a nightmare to receive an answer. Like they didn’t care to call back at all. It happened 3 or 4 times. Then the day of the gender reveal came. And as they told me, I was expecting a guy on ground that would communicate with us and the pilot, to give the pilot the sign on the right time to release the blue or pink powder, and it never happened. Nobody came to talk to us on ground. The helicopter just appeared and nobody was ready, and it just released it. At the end we just got excited to finding out the gender of course, but it was not as coordinated and as we were explained it would be or expected. Not recommended at all. Too much miscommunication. And also the powder was really light color, and very little powder, hard to see. Not as strong as other helicopter companies do, which unfortunately were not close to us to hire. This company is expensive and not worth it."
