"This practice filed a duplicate claim and exhausted my benefits. I have statements that I am receiving because my insurance will no longer pay out. It has been impossible to get ahold of them. They do not answer calls, emails, nor return my call after leaving voicemails."

"Highly recommend for special needs children/adult. Non judgemental office, very welcoming and understanding. By far best experience I've had with my autistic son at any type of doctor/dentist office. The staff and doctor and everyone else involved with helping my autistic son get a tooth pulled in an emergency was beyond amazing. They were extremely fast with responding to my email in my search for help on a day the office was closed. They got us in same day and was very quick with the procedure. Compared to others their price is WAY more reasonable which is another plus."

"I don't typically write reviews, but this time I feel like I need to in order to help someone not go through the same thing I am currently going through. If I could I would give this Dental Office Zero stars. I have 3 kids, 2 who are patients of DPD. I decided to bring my kids to this dental office because it seemed really nice and kid friendly. I took my son to an appointment on June 19, 2023. After his appointment I was directed to the front desk to make a payment and to schedule his future appointments. For his past visits I have always paid upfront and was never given receipts this was my fault for not asking for a copy of my receipt. I had asked Ajay how much I would have to pay for his future appointment so I could go prepared. I asked him if there was any way they could bill me and without hesitation he said NO that I had to make payment upfront. I left very unsatisfied because he did not seem sure of how much I would have to pay. This is when I decided to call my insurance to find out exactly what my coverage is since they are within network. This is when I realized how HORRIBLE this dental office is. It turns out they have been charging me and my insurance for the dental visits. They submitted claims for dates I did not take my kids to the dentist. I questioned them and they told me that it was my insurance fault which is impossible since DPD is the one submitting the claims. I took the time to look at all the past visits and what I paid and all the claims that have been submitted to my insurance, and I cannot believe how all this went unnoticed. After this, I went ahead and read the reviews and now I just realized that I am just another patient that was lied to and taken advantage of. I am currently working with my insurance to file some appeals and correct all these mistakes. I think I will have to go to the office in person for them to answer me, but I am a little afraid as I see the way they respond to other patients. At this point they are not working with me to explain what they were charging me if my insurance covered most of his procedures. I don't think this is even worth my time anymore, however this review is for the sole purpose of avoiding other patients having to go through this experience. Please if you can do AVOID this dental office it took me 2 years to see how they really operate. I hope this review helps."

"Very nice first experience for my kids. My daughter was a little more anxious but everyone was nice and gentle and she overcome her fear. My son loved playing with the dog . It was a very nice distraction. I would definitely recommend this place. Only minus you have to wait. While to get before you can get your first appointment."
