"It was my first time visiting, but at the front desk, the lady was so rude. She wasn't patient, she was very rude. Her name is (Jennifer) I had driven for an hour and had to drive for an hour to return, and my little child was with me. But the doctor was very nice and patient. I had an appointment on Tuesday I called and rescheduled it for today. When I arrived, after 15 minutes of delay, they told me that I don't have an appointment, and we called you and told you everything, but I don't know why they rescheduled the appointment. I drove for an hour to get there, and now I have to drive for another hour to get back home. finally, they say you don't have an appointment, and the doctor asked me to be convinced. Unfortunately, I couldn't be convinced, and he is extremely nervous. The Dr called me and told me that I scheduled somewhere else but it wasn't like that I'm pretty sure I called the same Dr and the same phone number. They take my time today and actually about 2 weeks."
