"We were very excited to go pairasailing for our 13th anniversary. Well after we heard they were running 30 minutes late we waited about an hour but I was still hopeful. As we had already paid $350 I just was hoping for the best. Well no. Our 15 minute each ride (one double and one tripple) turned into 4 minutes each ride so they could make up for lost time. We also had to wait while they ate their lunch on the boat. Would have been nice to be in the air while they ate. I wish I had canceled once I heard they were running late. Poor service. And I'm not just a tourist visiting. Wish it had gone better. Look at the others on the island. Beware of this company. $350 for two 4 minute rides is terrible."
"Tried to rent chairs and umbrella on beach. The young man putting out chairs said they’re all rented. Ten questions later, including “what is that big stack of umbrellas & chairs for?” we learned that there really were more available. Disappointed it took so long to get simple information."
