"After nearly breaking down on a 2 lane country road, I was able to limp my truck 2 miles to their shop. I arrived before they opened and waited for staff to arrive. Once they had opened I walked in and was immediately taken care of. The staff was friendly, upfront, and helpful. JJ walked me through the possible causes and possible solutions. So I left my truck with them. Within the hour I was called and informed of the situation. I was shocked to find out they'd have the truck back up and running by the end of the day! I was preparing to go the entire weekend without a vehicle. The pricing for the repair was very reasonable considering the circumstances and the staff was great. I normally do my own repair work but knew this would be a PITA laying on my back in my garage due to design layout the wonderful engineers at GM came up with.
