"Ford customer relations sent me there to purchase a 2024 Dark Horse, because they had and still have a Blue Ember Metallic with all the extras I ordered from Ford. Just Ford was slow building (9months) so they recommended these guys. Well long story shortened by far. They didn't and said they're not set up for paying cash for the car. Joon Choi (sales assistant manager) went to talk to his "Boss" came back and gave me a cash price $40,000 over MSRP. Didn't buy car, next date 12/27/23 I drove 2.5 hours from home and bought the exact same car for cash at "MSRP". I'll never go there again. Best of luck to Mr Choi he is truly a nice person. He belongs at a different dealership."
