"Horrible The housekeeper is on charge Can't use bathrooms or vending machines that only take $1 and $5 and don't give change. Told if I went out back to smoke I'd be locked out. Was told where Stripes station was walked there and back Was locked out . T"

"Great service to Monterrey. I think it's the best way to travel into Nuevo leon. Wifi on board and a coke and chips when you load."

"Upfront good service. Not good online though. Always buy your tickets at its box office. Buses are good, usually have personalized movie selection, but not always. Some have Wi-Fi service too. Bathrooms in fair shape, they're good for emergencies."

"I had a ticket for a 6:30 pm bus to Monterrey, MX and due to a traffic accident slowing down traffic I got there to station at 6:35 pm and saw driver outside of the bus so I approached with ticket in hand saying my baggage is coming and driver said sorry I can't wait and then proceeded to board and drive off as I stood there. I asked at the counter and they were very rude and said I would not get any credit etc for my ticket and had to re-buy a ticket at full price..Extremely rude and worst service ever!"

"Outstanding service. The units are clean and so are the restrooms. The personal is courteous, and the trip is a breeze. I have been traveling to my hometown, Monterrey, N.L. for the past 9 years, and the service it has always been a good experience. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. From the ticket counter to the operators, and the baggage people, they are very professional. Keep up the good work."
