"Been coming here for one year.. it is awful customer service. There are lines inside sometimes 30 minute due to incompetence. Problem with each and every order before you…. So done with this place. Moving mine and my husbands scripts ASAP to somewhere that has leadership."

"Lack of leadership at this place. What a joke this pharmacy is with giving covid vaccines. There no "process," no reason to make an appointment. Here we are 30 min past the appointment time. I tried to check with the girl with the half shaved head and when I said hey how are you doing to start the conversation she just stared at me. Seriously. Didn't even speak. Like I'm not a human being that just spoke to her. Customer service skills, this pharmacy is seriously lacking. Should have gone to CVS."

"The staff has changed and the customer service is very poor. Here is list of the current problems. Please excuse the wall of text and any grammar errors as I am extremely irritated. * In the past the pharmacy called me when my insurance provider rejected a order this time they did not call when it was rejected. * I went to the pharmacy and the cashier did not inform me of any problem she just rang it up as a cash deal, I asked her to call the provider she agreed and told me to come back in the past they would make the call while I was in the store. *I reeceived a text informing me the order was ready when I went the store they informed me they cancelled the order and put it back on the shelf still no call informing me of this. * I called the next morning and was told needed to call the provider as they do not call providers, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they could call the provider. * I received a call back stating that the order was rejected once again and to call the provider. * I called the provider and was informed the pharmacy changed the medicine code as they did not have the original medicine that I had been receiving and would locate the order at another store the order was then filled at the store, It is now six days after placing the order I finely have it. * After being a customer of HEB Pharmacy for 25 years and of this store for ten I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a competitor. *"
