"They are absolutely trash!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!! My wife desperately need a hysterectomy and they tried to prolong it to the beginning of the year to hit my out of pocket again. Now my daughter needs tubes in her ears cause she's not draining like she should be and haven't even approved that. I had a coworker with a torn bicep and they wouldn't pay for an mri and wanted the man to do physical therapy on a torn muscle. If it wasn't for my company I would drop them in a heartbeat. They are crooks. We pay every month to get increases every year then they have to approve medical procedures. They need to stay in their lane and let the doctors do there jobs. Just ridiculous"

"Been sitting in a hospital with my elderly mother who had a stroke for one week now waiting for United Healthcare to approve her release to a rehab facility. Ridiculous and cruel!! One full week since the doctor and hospital submitted it!!!!"

"long time on the line for updating a phone number to verify and be able to sign in. why the only method for verification is phone number? after verifying with 3 different agents on phone and answering all questions 3 times and being sent to different departments they told me they are not able to verify me !!!! and they hanged up on me after 1 hour being on phone."

"Definitely the worst customer service I have ever got from any company. Don’t expect to get a straight answer from anyone, and depending on how they feel they might not call you back even when you leave a message. The answers that I have gotten from them, none of them have ever held to be true. They have the recorded calls so they have proof themselves of what has been said. When it comes to the add on department there seems to be no motivation to actually help you. As of right now it’s been 2.5 weeks since I requested my son to be added and have not heard anything. I’m already looking forward to getting off this insurance policy. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is terrible customer service."
