"Poor customer service. I had a prescription, and they decided to allow a separate facility fill. I asked them if they could fill it because I was very sick with covid. They quoted me an hour even when asked if it could be rushed. I parked and called the pharmacist, who said it was already filled. She could have told me, but let me head home just to turn around and come back. She could have told me but didn't. The day before, I was picking up a script and they quoted an hour because they were running behind. The app said it was ready, which is why I went to pick it up. I will be transferring back to CVS where they care about their customers."

"Poor communication at the pharmacy drive through, adding extra time to a process that’s supposed to be convenient. Also, after being accused of not providing payment after the card was put in the box and sent back in the box, I was ignored twice when asking a question. Who ever is working the desk doesn’t seem very bright or is just not thorough. There’s no reason to visit this location with all of the available choices"
