"I haven't always had great experiences here, but Erika is the one who answered the phone today and she payed wonderful attention to me, enough to be able to answer my questions all at once without having to ask for any of my personal info again. This is the first time in the last few years that this has happened, so I hope she gets recognized for her service! She is worth keeping as an employee!"

Multiple people standing around doing nothing while lines stretch into the grocery store. Complete inefficiency at the drive-through window. Please do not, put your prescription here. You will regret it. Any place is better."

"I will start to call them when I am 3 to 4 days away from being out of my high blood pressure medication and will still won’t get it until I am out and after my dr and myself call in numerous times. Their automated system show in process but never changes to show filled. This was the last time I run out of medication with HEB."
