"Never has paper for receipt at the pump so you always have to go in. Either doesn’t have window cleaner or no paper towels. Quit going for 6 months and went back today. Still the same thing."

"Has gone woefully downhill ever since Mr. Livengood left. Regularly opens over an hour late in the mornings, which ruins my work day because they aren't there when they say they are. Cashiers often ignore customers in line so they can talk about their lives with other customers."

"I ordered online tonight for delivery. It kept showing new drivers with estimated time of delivery and then would just disappear. This problem is on Door Dash since they deliver for this store. However, I didn't get a phone call from Casey's and I tried to call with no answer. Now I have no pizza or breadsticks and I have to go to the store tomorrow to get a refund for product never delivered. Horrible service on both parts."

"Placed an order for two large pizzas, 1 pep 1 sausage and an order of 20 wings. The cook was on break so I returned about 40 minutes later. Only to have 1 pizza with both toppings an no wings. The cook was on another break smoking this time and wouldn't come in for the cashier. I was going to purchase just the 1 pizza because it was 7 at night and I needed to get home after a long day of working and had kids to feed, but no discount was even offered for the pizza they messed up on. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning for my usual gas and morning coffee to your location anymore."
