"I sent my ecm to them as they said on their website it was quick turn around and lifetime warranty. I then looked up reviews and was horrified by what I saw despite already shipping it. I started thinking maybe I should have sent it somewhere else. HOWEVER, that couldn’t be further from the truth. They did a beyond amazing job, fixed all codes that I knew were related to the ecu, and didn’t destroy anything in the process. Could have been shipped a little better as box was banged up a little and didn’t seem too waterproof for a very expensive electronic. It did take about a week but they were coming off thanksgiving and black Friday so I didn’t mind, still way faster than competitors. Do keep in mind though I’m a mechanic, and spent weeks confirming it was the ecu, and kept diving deeper, even giving a detailed note in my box of what exact pins on the ecu were causing issues, codes, history, diagrams, etc. they still beat my expectations and then some! Thanks guys, amazing prices amazing work."
"I purchesd the rebuild because after they perform the rebuild they give it a lifetime warranty. My car ran perfect until I had a problem 18 months later. It was all covered and fixed free of charge as promised!"
"Buyer beware! Horrible experience with this seller. I was on the hunt for a shop to rebuild my 1995 jeep wrangler ecm. I came across this company on ebay. They have a very professional ad, very convincing. “Fast turn around”, fair price, everything looked great but their feedback. I read through some of them and wasn't sure what to think, some good some bad. I try to look between the lines, as most people don't leave feedback unless it's negative. I took a chance and ordered the ecm repair service anyway. They received it on nov. 1st. According to usps tracking. 2 weeks go by and nothing, so I contacted them and they said it was next to come in. Another week goes by(3 weeks total) and they finally send me a message saying it's done and on its way. I watched the tracking and it arrived in my town but to the wrong address according to the tracking. I contacted them to get a copy of the shipping label to see what happened and they responded that they put the wrong address on it and that it was corrected. I watched the tracking for the next few days and nothing moved. We contacted them again and they told me to call ups myself because it's not their problem. We were able to get a hold or ups and we were told the package was lost. We opened a lost package search and contacted the seller again, asking them to send us a replacement ecu and they said we would have to pay them the almost $500 it cost for a new one. All of this because they sent us back our ecm with the wrong address, and then refused to make good on their mistake. We finally received our ecu over a month after they received it. I was lucky, because if it was lost in shipping due to them sending it out to the wrong address, they would NOT have taken responsibility. I would have been out the $75 it cost to rebuild it and the $500 it would have cost to replace. Do not do business with these people, when there is an issue they deny all responsibility. you have a 50/50 chance of getting burned, be aware."
"I had a SKIM issue with my special bully off-road Grand Cherokee as well as performance issues. The engine has been completely rebuilt with all new sensors, fuel and ignition. I sent the ECM Repair 1, along with a check to rebuild the ECM and perform a SKIM delete. A week later they called to tell me the ECM was ready and that they were only charging me for the SKIM delete. The returned my ECM along with my refund. I installed the ECM and the Jeep runs better than ever. After having been disappointed by other companies, I have to say ECM Repair 1, is my GO TOO for any other issues with any other vehicles I build. They’re AWESOME"
"Ecm was clearly just pulled from a vehicle semi cleaned then mailed to me. Ecm was definitely not taken apart and remanufactured as the company states as the bolt heads that hold the unit together were still filled with dirt and grim not to mention that the gaskets for the plugs were ripped/torn and the tabs for the plugs were broken off. O I forgot to mention that the ecu wasn't even the right one, it was from a different vehicle with the same motor. Straight rip off as I could have gone to the junkyard and gotten this piece for like 30$ and the dealer only wanted under 200 for the programming."
