"This is the best place in Harlingen, Texas, to get an eye exam and/or glasses! The staff their are amazing! So, personable, professional, and fun, believe it or not! I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff, the selection of products, the general ease of walking through the door, their efficiency, experience.... and what really struck me, is the gal originally helping me, didn't know the answer to my question and was honest, in saying, "I'm not sure, let me find out." I genuinely appreciate a person saying I'm not sure let me find out that answer, then just making something up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WALK- INS ARE WELCOMED! Wait time was very minimal!"

"The eye exam is fast and easy to get through, and the glasses are decent quality for the price. The only big issue is the SERVICE. They offer same day service, which is why we went in the first place. After asking multiple times during the appointment to confirm, we were told they’d be ready in the same day. After leaving, not even 20 minutes later, they called to tell us that the glasses would not be available for 1-2 weeks. (They didn’t take that long; only about 4-5 days, but they had told us they be ready later that day.) There was another instance where we gave them a pair of glasses to fix, within the warranty, and there were about six weeks of back and forth as we called to confirm that they had them in the store, only to arrive at the store and have them tell us they didn’t have them in-store. So fine, if time is of no concern at all."
