"This place called me once, and took my payment information for my monthly payments. They called me the next month giving me a courtesy call that I had not set up I payment plan (which I had, the month before). I then proceeded to remind them of the conversation we had a month ago, which in response the lady agreed and affirmed that it was a mistake on their part and they indeed have my payment plan information. A month later I find out my insurance was canceled, I give them a call to ask why I have not been charged, and they said it was because I had given them an “invalid” card information. I called them, and the representative that answered said “well we can’t be checking up on every single one of you cause we have 600 plus customers.” So now I have a canceled insurance because of the incompetence of the employees who could not inform me that they had the wrong card number, which could have easily been fixed with a phone call."
