"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ATENA!!!! THEY LIE AND SAY YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER 100% PREVENTATIVE CARE !!!! THEY DO NOT!!! Dr. Vancil is great. His office staff is the opposite. I am a registered nurse. I know how much the insurance companies are a pain. I am now stuck paying $397 for a teeth cleaning for my son and I. I specifically asked if my insurance covered 100% of preventative care. They told me YES in April 2021. It is now 9/15/2021 and called and spoke with their "billing department" and they said they never said they covered my insurance! 5 months later, I am stuck paying $397. They had no symtpathy and stated "You should of called your insurance because we accept everyone" Yes, you "accept them" but you do not tell them you are charging them full price for free preventative care!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ATENA!!! THEY LIE AND SAY YOUR INSUANCE WILL COVER 100% PREVENTATIVE CARE!!!"
