"Office manager verified my coverage BEFORE making an appointment. Electronically submitted all my health info and dental plan coverage information. Waited 2 months and drove 40 minutes to arrive early, only to be declined on arrival. Office manager could not understand my frustration, and ORDERED me to leave -- or else. I only asked what coverage they do accept. --- This office manager says " oh, we don't do that " when I asked why they didn't verify my info they make you submit electronically. So, these people have all my personal info now. What else " oh, we dont do that" do they do ? ( no empathy - disrespectful to senior citizen - she thinks she done no wrong )"
