"HEB on Westgate. Has a Very Rude employee their it's a Girl. She won't give her name when you ask for it. Went by to see when my payment was due. Her attitude was so unprofessional raising her voice at me. Ask for the manager even for corporate number. She said No She could Not give her manager's name or give me corporates number."

"I bought insurance paid 135 for one vehicle. Next day I sold vehicle called manager kim to cancel policy. Not even 24 hrs that I had policy she explain I would get renburced by mail might be from 1 month to 3 months to get check. When I received check it was for 42.52 I called kim to ask why I was dedicated more then 90 dls for less then 24 HR coverage. Kim just said pronto insurance had alot of fees and did not even send a receipt to verify the deductions. Never will I purchase any insurance with managers that take advantage of pronto insurance customer's."

"Worst Service ever at your Pronto location 2602 w expy 83 in Weslaco. The guy was very rude, he lied about sending off my proof of insurance. So I asked him for proof of the fax, and the fax said "Not Sent". Then he tells me to wait and started taking other customers when I was the second person in line. Worst experience. So fast they can take the money but couldn't do something as simple as send off my proof of insurance"
