They found a crease also and used painless dent repair. Car looks perfect and done at Avery reasonable price. Excellent work and everyone there was plesant to deal with. Highly recommend them"

"This place is amazing!!!! 5 stars just isn't enough! They are very professional and affordable! I had to have some work done to my fender(a whole new one needed to be put on). In two days I had my car back and they came in just under budget. They did exactly what I needed done and was able to get my bumper looking so much better without having to replace it!! They also detailed my car for me!! I have been to a few places in the southern Illinois area and this is hands down the best. The work they did came with a warranty as well."

"We've had several repairs from this business with good results. However the recent repair was less than satisfactory. Maybe they hired some new staff that wasn't qualified or just plain lazy. 90% of the work was acceptable but the dropped the ball and missed a few obvious cosmetics that were to be fixed. Also they replace oil lines and from the smell of burnt oil may have missed even more. Personally I recommend a better repair shop after this experience. $5,800 repair bill, not sure at this time if that was inflation after. Called the insurance company to review the charges. Sadly they went from great to horrible in a short timeline. Please do not do business here!"
