"I do wish I could remember the cashiers name, he fantastic with customer service."
"Gavin was a WONDERFUL source of assistance. We were traveling on the road from Bloomington en route to Atlanta, GA., check engine light came on & he was extremely helpful on a Sunday morning! Thank You Gavin!!!"
"Excellent service, git me the parts needed for service on my truck. Unlike Wal-Mart's book, like I have time to go to their app for an oil filter reference!"
"Rude!!!!! I was wanting to price a carburetor And the guy working was nice but did not now how to use the computer so he went and got his boss . well!!! His boss got upset because the worker woke him up from his (NAP!!!!!!!)and was yelling at him with a store full of customers!!!! . then he said loudly and rudely!!! What do you want so i told him . then he refused to look it up!!!! . so i just left and while walking out the door the guy was. Yelling at the worker again!!!!! . I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! and in my opinion NO ONE should waste there time here!"
"Repeatedly ignored by employees, phone calls are far more important to them than customers who show their face. Absolute disgrace to customer service, if phone lines are that busy hire someone in the back. This is a common occurance but this time the employee asked me what I needed as I walked up to the counter a few words into my sentence he picked up the phone completely ignoring the rest of my statement. This is acceptable? I left and went to autozone as I seen one employee at orileys but when I got to autozone I see 4, who are all friendly and none are on the phone ready to ignore me. Pick your customer service wisely. I was in autozone for the same amount of time as orileys and I had my part when I left autozone."
