"Danielle representing Guardian insurance authorized and activated a policy without the consent of the business credit card holder. When we called farmers and asked all she could say is that she was provided a card number and address therefore she proceeded with transaction and policy activation. We did not authorize the charge on the card but Daniella because she was eager to activate a new policy went ahead with the new policy. We called asking why it was was allowed and she kept saying the same that she did nothing wrong other than accept information over the phone. I asked why she didn't verify the name on card. She said she did. Not need to because she had the card number and address.i now have to wait for farmers to authorize a check so they can mail it out me. I asked why did anyone verify my payment before it was taken and they could not answer my question. Daniella and her team is a joke and just hungry to activate policies without verification of card holder. Don't do business with these people."
