"Don't order a thing from here! We ordered a pizza and a few other items and only received 2 out of our 4 items. So we call them and try and get a refund for the 2 items that we didn't receive but apparently we only can get our names taken down for future orders, like that's going to happen ever again. He then proceeded to lie to us saying he called us trying to fix the issue but we haven't received any phone calls for multiple days before today."

"Went in for quick grab lunch. No salads, no sandwiches. One cashier, 7 people in line. Bathrooms were horribly filthy. 3 other employees standing by pop fountain arguing with a customer. Oh, and the deliveries were piled everywhere. This is my last visit here."

"First of all where do I start? Every time I go in there for food like take for instance breakfast burritos they're either cold or don't taste right. The guy who works back there is totally cool when his boss is around but when she isn't there he's rude as hell. The last three times I've gone in there I've had to deal with this guy. Not anymore I'm going someplace else. And yes the person I'm talking about is the heavy set old guy."

"Always fresh sandwiches, pizza or whatever food item I order. Accurate order if delivered. Courteous and competent employees . I recently had a delivery order where the delivery driver (Door dash) took off with my order. Must have been hungry. An employee named Paige handled the situation perfectly and also went above and beyond expectations. I truly am appreciative of such excellent and compassionate customer service."

"Filthy understaffed and constantly out of anything that requires employees to work . Sticky floors everyday and constantly out of ice pizza and soft drinks. How a company as big as Casey’s can’t run this store is perplexing . I live 7 blocks from this Casey’s but choose to drive 2 miles to the next Casey’s because of better service , quality , and cleanliness . I’ll post pics in the next few days so you can see for yourself how not to run a business . Avoid this Casey’s at all costs , you’ll thank me later . ✌️"
