"Dropped off 2002 Cadillac Deville because air stopped working. For them to figure out the problem diagnostics was 35 to 89 dollars and it couldn't be applied to repair if they were to fix. As I expected the blower motor was out. Recieved a call letting me know the problem and cost would be 500.00 to fix and repair. I refused such nonsense and told I would pick. So they charged the max amount of 89 fee for diagnostics. Went to junk yard and paid 10 dollars for blower motor and repaired myself. 6 to 9 screws under the passenger side dash and the job was done in an hour including taking the used one from the junk yard. A new blower motor is 50 bucks. So that labor would have been 450.00 on something so easy, but because I didn't know they were gonna drain my wallet if they could cause it was hot and I looked desperate. Lord willing I'll never ask for their services again."
