"Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! My first time shopping at advanced auto parts the guy didn’t calculate my money right AFTER he told me my parts was in just to find out the part was never in STOCK. So basically I paid for a part that I never received!!!! I will be getting a refund and I will NEVER shop here again! I’ve always shopped at Auto zone and this is WHY!!! Auto zone NEVER miscalculated my money nor gave me the run around as if they had a part just to tell me they didn’t…NEVER AGAIN! Maybe if their were more professional workers then their job will be done correctly!"

"The manager down there is always so helpful. Great with small talk but also knowledgeable. The women that work there are pretty stone cold to the customers but I'm sure they have to be considering the territory. Once they realize you aren't there to argue or have an attitude, the tune changes and they are personable as well. I think that is really important to be helpful but also friendly. They will continue to get my business and I will recommend them everytime. I don't care they are in "the ghetto" they have top notch service."
