"I went in to pick up a paper to prove that I was indeed getting work done. Heather so so nice and helpful, even suggesting I pick up the paper. When I went in, she was on lunch, and an older woman, with short white hair was there. She asked me how I was going to pay. I told her what Heather and I discussed. She told me that was wrong. I told okay, I just need the paper. She said not until I told her how I was going to pay. Mind you the work they were going to do, was a week out. I again asked for the paper that I came in to get. She refused until I told her how I would pay. I said never mind, I’ll go somewhere else and turned to walk away. In a VERY rude way, she said FINE. I turn around and asked her why the attitude? She told me I was being rude. I told her that she had poor customer service, and now I am being rude. She waved the paper in my face as if I would never get it. I will never darken that company’s door again. Side note, I got a different company to come out today, and less expensive."

Gave them rough dimensions and they were able to quote me a price, came and measured, cut and installed onsite (may not always be the case but it worked here), and it looks great. Turn around time was pretty quick compared to many contractors recently."
