"Had to stop and get an emergency patch. Very nice staff, quiet location. Only giving a 4 start because I had to redo the patch at my own shop once I was bag in Ga. The patch there began to leak."

"My daughter, who is a student at the college, took her car to this place to get an oil change, instead of draining the oil, they drained the transmission fluid and then added more oil to the point that that it was over flowing. When she got in the car it was obvious something was terribly wrong with it. She took it back to them and when we realized what they did, we told them not to touch the car anymore and have it towed to the car dealership. I was told that they would tow it, however, they filled it with transmission fluid and drove it there. Once we got it there, we also found out that they filled it with the wrong kind of transmission fluid and they messed up a couple of things. I was told that the person that did the oil change was new. Horrible and absolutely avoid this place. They also lied all over the place. 0 stars is the most appropriate rating."

"They never called to tell me the job was done. I called 3 times in a 2 hour window, no answer at all. Eventually I just went up and it seemed to have been done for a while. When I got home I noticed they forgot to put my valve cap back on. Bonus: The place stinks like a Walmart bathroom, you know the smell I’m talking about. Never going back if I have a similar problem in the future."

"I recently purchased tires online, including installation, through Amazon, and Monroe Tire was the recommended installer. Unfortunately, my experience with Auto Tire / Monro Tire was incredibly disappointing. I had scheduled my appointment for 9/10, but when I arrived at the designated time, there was no one there, just a note left on the door by other angry customers. . I immediately reached out to their corporate office via phone and email, but received no response that day. After a sleepless night of waiting, I called again first thing on Monday morning, and after a 20+ minute wait, I finally spoke to someone in customer service named Taz. She promised to call me back after looking into the situation. She called me back in 20 minutes, only to inform me that I could pick up my tires. When I asked about the installation, she simply told me to call the store. This circus of a situation left me incredulous. Taz had no answers, and it was clear that communication within the company was severely lacking. Apparently, the district manager and zone manager hadn't bothered to return her calls either. In the end, there was no resolution, and I was left without tires and without any confidence in Auto Tire / Monro Tire's ability to provide a reliable service. It's frustrating to see a company like Monro, based out of Rochester, NY attempt to expand and grow without having proper local contacts and standard operating procedures in place. I understand that challenges can arise in today's labor environment, but the complete lack of communication and resolution in this case is inexcusable. I plan to inform Amazon about this experience, as they should reconsider their contract with Auto Tire / Monro Tire. Customers deserve better, and Monroe needs to step up its game to meet those expectations. BTW - Auto tire is the local banner, but is owned by Monro tire."
