"When I moved to Medicare I was told I had to use the pharmacy at Brookshire. This did not sound like it was going to be a good experience. I was wrong. Shawn Newcomer (the pharmacy manager) was great. Helped get my prescriptions moved from my old pharmacy and had everything set to go two days after I contacted her. I never knew Brookshire had a pharmacy. The only down side is there hours are a little less than the big chain pharmacy's. I can live with that."
"Went up to the Customer service booth to ask where a product was and I was ignored so the employees could talk about the Monster girls set up out front of the store, they wanted to set up Monsters in the break room, after standing there waiting for them to finish their conversation I decided to find the product on my own and turned to walk away. One of the employees finally asked if she could help me. I waved my hand and said no thanks and walked away."
