"I honestly don't know how this pharmacy has so many good reviews. My child's pediatrician called in a prescription here because they would compound it into a liquid form. It took them a few days to get the first one filled, which I understand. However, when I tried to get it refilled, they were "waiting on my doctor to call them back". This took days. I'm not sure why they needed the pediatrician to call them. Then, once I'm COMPLETELY OUT (of a prescription that cannot be missed without bad side effects), I call asking if it's ready, and they haven't even started to make it. "Oh you need it tomorrow?" NO I NEED IT TODAY. I can't fight over a prescription for a WEEK. Absolutely insane. Edit: They called me apologize but their excuse was that they are understaffed. Unfortunately, their staffing issues do not change my child's medication needs."

They often times reach out to me to ask if I’m ready for a refill before I have a chance to reach out to them. I’ve had so many issues with chain pharmacies in the past messing things up. The staff at Cypress Pharmacy greet me by name when I walk in the door and treat me like a friend instead of a customer."
