"The staff are fine. My problem with this pharmacy is that they hold your prescription to be filled from the "central pharmacy" even when they have it in stock. They do not ask if you need something quickly. Instead, they just leave your prescription unfilled. You have to call them to get this filled without having to wait. Other urgent prescriptions they don't even keep in stock, so I've driven all the way across the city to pick things up. I'm disappointed in Walgreens' new business model."
