Casey's 1105 10th Avenue West, Milan, IL 61264

"The food is ok. But the service at this Casey's is absolutely the worst ever. Today I have called this Casey's to order a pizza and then the one time these people actually picked up the phone, the guy said he didn't know how to actually place an order online to have my pizza delivered. And now I have called 3 times and have been on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone for 10 minutes. Plus this store has online orders disabled too. On the phone it said that this store might not be accepting new orders and it would transfer me to the kitchen. I know that they are working in there. So why can't they actually do their job and answer the phone? I just want a pizza to have at work because I'm hungry and I work 3rd shift. I wanted a taco pizza and an 8 piece breadstick. This is the worst service I have ever received from any pizza place. This is the worst Casey's ever. Don't bother ordering pizza from them. You'll just end up waiting. Plus even when they make your pizza, they never have it done on time. I understand if it was a few minutes late. But it's about 10 or 20 minutes late every single time. Why can't the kitchen staff find the time to answer the phone when they are in there? They aren't constantly working on pizzas the whole time. I have spent a whole hour on the phone between my 3 phone calls to this Casey's. It is absolutely ridiculous."

"I have been going to this Casey’s in Milan since it was built. We ordered pizzas Saturday night was told 55 min. Seemed long but with the help shortage ok. We placed the order at 6:15 I left my home at 7:15 for the 15 min drive. I left the store at 8:10 finally. I asked for a discount and was told Casey’s doesn’t offer. I am in this location 2 or three times a week for different things including gas. If your management doesn’t do something I will not be back."

"This Casey’s has gone downhill so much it’s hard to even describe. Every single time we order from here the pizza is NEVER done when it’s supposed to be, if it’s even been started by the time it was supposed to be done. This is regardless of how you order, but if you order online half the time the order is lost. A lot of people working are rude, and you can absolutely tell they do not want to be at work. I’d tell you to order delivery but it will take 2 if not 3 times as long as the estimated time, but at least the driver is pleasant. Overworked and exhausted but pleasant. She’s the only reason they get 2 stars."
