Casey's

"This has got to be one of the worst Casey's locations. They NEVER have pizza throughout the morning, I've stopped going to this location because anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30, they're busiest time of the day they don't have pizza out. What's the point of being a Casey's store if you don't have breakfast pizza. They don't keep donuts out or fresh. And majority of the time they are missing several pops in their fountain. Not worth your money or gas to go here."

"I placed an order for delivery and didn't receive my whole order, I asked the delivery driver about it and she shrugged and said it wasn't my problem, so I call the store and she argues over me saying she did put everything in the bag and it wasn't! She argued that it was the delivery drivers fault so I am stuck in the middle with an incomplete order I payed for! I will never order from this horrible place again!"

"Caseys pizza is some of the best around. The pizza from Caseys in Eldridge has been by far the worst. Caseys is known for their taco pizza. The taco here is nothing what it should have been. Very few chips and missing toppings. I called to express my dissatisfaction with Joy to which she claimed that Corporate has instructed them to make their pizzas to a different standard now. We will not be returning to at least this Caseys again. If they are truly making their pizzas to a different standard, a lesser standard at that, shame on Caseys."

"Walked in and the Asst Manager at the register said “welcome to Casey’s and hope your having a great day”. I guess in this new normal I have lowered out expectations but Kudos to the Casey’s staff for convincing me I was wrong."

"When ordering on phone, employee didn't let us know there are 2 different kinds of sausage (we had no idea). I have loved their sausage pizza a long time but apparently that was the mild sausage. We ordered and got hot sausage and it was too hot (spicy) as I have acid reflux. That was not the only issue, as we also got a supreme and in both pizzas the toppings weren't all the way done and the pizza crust was not done, very gooey, doughy. It will be a while before we order from this Casey's again."
