"I feel like every time I come here my order is always wrong. I’d rather drive the extra twenty minutes to another McDonald’s so they can get my simple order right instead of coming to this one"

"Deive thru 1028a, asked for lunch. Was told breakfast only. Not sure how they get lunch ready at 1030. We would've waited."

"Walked in and stood without being greeted for 10 minutes. Finally used the automated kiosk and waited 10 more minutes before being served. Drink cups, which were ordered, had to be requested. The ketchup machine went dry on the second pump, and the taste of it was awful. This restaurant clearly has never had a dine in customer before. 0/10 won’t return."

"Lady pulled up fast in front of my husband I in the driveway at the eldridge Iowa location. And stopped fast 3 car lengths away from the mic on her phone. Yelling at us saying we were to close, we were not it just looked like it because are truck is lifted. She was yelling at us that she was going to call the cops , but there was no reason to, only that she was the cause of all the problems. Then when she pulled up to place her order she told them not to serve us. We pulled up and they said they were not serving us, so we proceeded to go inside. Placed our order and told them that it was wrong for them to do that a nd to take someone else's word that was wrong. Next time McDonald staff should not do that, bot knowing what's going on and not seeing or hearing the whole story. #the#wrong#story"
