"Went in at the beginning of November for 2 teeth in pain. She said it was bad and we should remove them all. Failed to perscribe antibiotics, had to goto physician who did his best, but tooth care is not his study. Had to call for 2nd emergency script the around late nov but it was a weekend so i just suffered until they reopened monday. Went in again on the 5th for tooth removal. At doctors suggestion, she removed 11 teeth, and provided me with a ill-fitting denture which caused several ulcers in my mouth extending the amount of pain I should've experianced by 10x. Went in again for corrections and Maryana Kirolos shaved down my real teeth on the bottom to try to make the ill-fitting denture work. Showed my mom and she called to complain. Upon my mother calling to complain, they reached out and said they'd be willing to re-examine the issue. My mother reported they were rude to her during communication. Upon my next visit Maryana Kirolos admitted to the denture being an incorrect fit and said she would reach out to try to attain a "credit" for me. She also removed a small chunk of bone preventing me from healing. I could feel a small part still sticking up so I said something. She promptly pushed her finger against the inflamed part and rubbed aggressively saying "I can't feel it, it's not there." I later acquired black market pain killers and removed the chunk myself. There is still another currently in my mouth I will have to remove later on my own or with the help of a different dentist. The day following my appointment I received a call back saying my mold correction was granted and updated my review to reflect the current situation. However, upon seeing my fun spirited google review about the current situation, Maryana has decided that the 2500$ in cash and the 1000$ in insurance, that she's now effectively stealing from me, was not enough to correct this mistake and that because I am choosing to share my experiance with you, the public, that I deserve to be left without teeth. To sum up, at 25years of age, trusting this dentist has cost me 3500$, my ability to eat meat, my ability to date, my smile, and has ruined my self esteem effectively causing perpetual suicidal thoughts due to lack of ability that I had prior to receiving her "care". I could not recommend anyone less. This dental asylum has "care" only rivaled by the United States congress. She'll promise you a better life, just to take all your money, rip out all teeth and leave you with less than nothing."

"Front desk and support staff are very friendly and engaged and Dr. Kirolos does great work! I would recommend Best Care Dental 10 times out of 10. I needed to get braces to re-align my bite and prevent future issues from popping up down the road and was very pleased with the end result. Dr. Kirolos is very informative and an amazing guide throughout the process. I felt very safe and in good hands at all times. She takes time to answer any questions and gives honest and detailed feedback. It is easy to see she really cares about her patients and works hard to ensure they receive the best possible outcome.
