Rivals Sports Pub & Grille

"We were looking for a good burger and beer in the area and didn't want to go to any of the chain places - Rivals fit the bill perfectly. Best part was the great staff. To bad I didn't catch their names as I would like to call them out for great service."

"Not sure what the deal was, but sat with our friends (another couple) we had decided to stop and try out a local place. We told the waitress it would be two checks , She THEN TOLD US SHE NEEDED "A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD to put on file and it makes it easier to do two separate bills" I said we're paying cash and said I'll still need a card to do the order." So, I hope this Owner of this place can make enough money off the locals, because that's all you're going to see. Not worth the chance of credit or debit card theft and the excuse was lame. I would drive by this place and avoid an issue or future card theft."

"Food was great! Service was eh...server kept forgetting about us. Had to wait for refills and took forever to get our bill. They nickel and dime you for everything though. A lot of places now charge extra for credit cards, so I understand that one. But we were charged extra for having separate tabs? The POS System could not make that process any easier so not sure why they charge for that. Leaves a bad impression (even though it was only a small amount). Seems like a family owned business, but wish they treated guests like family! Nice atmosphere for dinner or drinks."
