"I had scheduled my daughter a vaccine at this location out of pure convenience because I needed it within two weeks for school and her drs wait was a little too long. So I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment and am greeted by a rude lady behind the counter who mumbled something to who I’m assuming is the pharmacist who comes over and tells me the vaccine they had in stock was expired and he tried calling to let me know. Ok I just went through a weeks worth of voicemails and not a single one is from CVS. Not one missed call is from CVS. This is a huge customer service red flag. When you become a pharmacist/pharmacy tech you also enter the world of customer service whether you like it or not and clearly staff needs to set up some retraining. We live in a time where everyone is held accountable for their actions and CVS employees aren’t any different. Get your CSR’s together."
