"Good customer service"
"The employee literally watched the clock count down to close and slammed the door in my face as I approached in need of pain medication."
"Easy Fast and a true assett for dependable Covid Testing"
"While the pharm techs are nice (touch and go, sociable to a degree), they're not attentive, no matter how often I go. I've had to tell my doctor to make a note on the prescription with the specifications on needles required for a medication I take, but for the past five months, they can't get it right. The first time, they gave the wrong size gauges (this upset my doctor, who started adding the notes on even though he felt it should be obvious what sizes were needed), which is DANGEROUS, and I didnt know any better under my doctor got very upset when I showed him what I was given. The second time, a new tech couldnt find the right size and the pharmacist on duty was NO HELP whatsoever (she needed MUCH better guidance from someone more patient and able to work under pressure, the guy was an absolute jerk). The third time, they stated the needles were in the bag, and I took their word for it since I was in a hurry, only to find there was an absurd lack of needles. Every time afterwards, I have had to walk the tech through how to look at my prescription, READ the notes, and give the right number of needles with the right size gauges. The serum I take is very thick, and requires a large gauge to draw, and a smaller, interchangeable gague to inject. This last time I went to pick up, she kept questioning why I need two sizes and "so many" of both. I understand the fear of druggies buying more than needed for friends maybe, but when it is written in the official notes from my doctor, I would prefer to NOT be questioned and interrogated about it. That is an invasion of my privacy, and a presumptuous course of action for any pharm tech. It shouldn't be that difficult to follow the doctor's orders. And I should expect there would be a fundamental understanding that different serums have different requirements due to thickness or otherwise. However, this is the only pharmacy near me with a decent price on the medication. So I suffer."
"The pharmacists are quite kind and friendly here and we have used them reliably for many years. I would give five stars but lately we've had trouble coordinating between office/insurance/pharmacy and it had caused considerable consternation."
