"I was told Walgreens pharmacy was open until 9pm weekdays. I asked the pharmacist are you certain. Because Google does say 8pm. I drove there, hit the call button, no response. Even the drive-thru pharmacy sign said open until 9pm. The store associate said she'd inform the manager but in case she doesn't get to it, I wanted to leave this Google review. Drove 30 minutes to pick up the medication I needed. I also had asked recently if there was an ideal time to come when it's less busy. They said it's always busy, there's no good time. Very true, I've never waited less than 15 minutes to pick up medications. The staff is usually fairly friendly, which is why I've kept going to this location, but it may be time to switch."

"Consistently slow with prescriptions and customer care. The employees behind the counter are generally late teens or in their early 20s and don't seem to understand what they're doing regarding pharmacy services. One time, the pharmacist insisted he educate me on how to manage my daughter's antibiotic after having to wait 40 minutes for it to be filled, further delaying me and providing education I didn't request and could have easily read on the label. Most recently, I had to come back 2 hours after coming in for a prescription because it hadn't been filled yet and when I returned, they said it still hadn't been done. Changing my pharmacy immediately. I suggest you do the same."

"Scheduled COVID and flu shots for my sons at 515. In fair was I was 5 minutes late but now 1 hour and twenty minutes later I was only able to get the COVID shots and had to wait further for Flu shots. Staff was dismissive and not apologetic at all as this was business as usual. Disappointing as the service her prior used to be so good. If it weren’t for my kids I would have already left."
