"Excessively LONG wait times. No matter what time of day I go there’s ALWAYS a huge LINE of people WAITING to pick up their prescription. Need to hire more efficient and competent employees. I’m DONE with this pharmacy! Taking my prescription elsewhere!"
"Update! I have to say when you have people that are passionate about their jobs, and care for their customers it makes a big difference. Jordan and Aaron! 5 stars across thr board. Finally people that come yo work and don't hate their lives."
"This pharmacy has really gone downhill. I was discharged from the ER Sunday afternoon and my prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy. I received a message one was out of stock and to call if I wanted to transfer to another CVS. I called, left voice mails and never got a call back. I go there today and finally get it transferred. My 2nd prescription paperwork was printed and sitting on a table. Per the pharmacist on duty, she didn't "know what it was since she didn't print it." There were at least 20 other orders in that stack and mine had been sitting in that stack for 24 hrs at this point. I was almost admitted for being on the borderline is sepsis and now my transfered antibiotic has just disappeared from the system. They really need to get it together."
"Lesson Learned: When you get your prescriptions filled from this place, SMELL your pills! If they smell bad, return them immediately and instead get your RX filled at the CVS at 2142 N Josey Ln from pharmacist Thai Pham! I approached the pharmacist here at this location on Sunday, July 16th around 230pm with a safety concern about my filled prescription. It had a powerful rotten eggs odor and I asked her to switch them for new ones. I told her I’ve been taking them for 2 weeks and feel like I’ve been experiencing new side effects since my refill from the same medication I’ve been taking for years. She dismissed my concerns while stating “We had the same complaint from other patients. That’s just what it smells like!”. It was obvious that this pharmacist was not going to help me, so I asked her to take the pills back so I can get my pills somewhere else with better quality control."
"This CVS is an excellent example of why they are losing the post-pandemic war with other pharmacies. I just tried to call to speak to the pharmacy about a prescription. When my doctor had sent it electronically to them I immediately got a notification that it was delayed and that if i needed it quickly to call them. I went through the excessive robot voice menu and entered information I expected to have to repeat upon being connected, but instead I was simply told there was no one available to take my call and to try again later. This is a poor and unacceptable experience for many reasons. The staff here is full of seemingly apathetic individuals and a few shining stars, but generally it seems that the company itself is just extremely poorly managed."
