"If you live nearby, are driving by, or making a special trip for a meal – this is the place! Absolutely superb food prepared by Chef Matt, a creative master at his craft. We went there with high expectations since Hart’s was recommended by our local baker who loves/knows food — a pro recommendation. We were not disappointed, not the slightest. The 45 minute drive was well worth it, even through the rain. Hebron, Illinois, is not the first place that would come to mind for great pizza … and more. But Hart’s is a jewel in this small town. Well done. Well done, indeed!"

"We had the best service, Kennedy was awesome. Funny, friendly, smarty pantish!! Absolutely great! We only got the pizza! The chef Matt brought it out to us himself!! Loved it! Coke products. We only request Busch N/A. That would be over the top 10 stars! The bike ride was very nice. Clean bathrooms! This is a must stop place. They have bands & soon an outside bar. The patio area is made from shipping containers. Adding more to the outside."
