"Have been going here for years. These owners or managers have got to be the worst yet. Kitchen wasn’t open apparently because someone called in. Bartender offered to make some appetizers but couldn’t stop talking to her boyfriend and playing with her puppy long enough to provide any customer service at all. We ordered 3 appetizers which she obviously made one at a time. She didn’t bring any kind of dip or even ask if we wanted any. Finally after sitting with our drinks empty and the first appetizer half eaten and cold she came back to the end of the bar with our second at which point we ordered two more drinks and some ranch and she still didn’t bring the ranch until after the second appetizer was half eaten. At no point during the time we was there could we get her attention for anything. E was by far the biggest mistake the pump has ever made."
"Visited for first time with 2 clients nearby. Great service and food. Loved the comfortable atmosphere of a small town spot. PS - spot on decor."
"First time visiting. Upon entering the eatery it felt very "cold" & not in regards to lack of heat. Although very few people were there the service was not only slow but unfriendly as well. We ended up only having a nonalcoholic beverage because we felt very uncomfortable there."
