"I was looking for something to eat since every one seemed to be closing up. I flew in around 830ish and didnt get a chance to get dinner with all the connections I had. I got to my gate and salvation... a Hudson store where I could get a sandwich and a refreshing drink! NOT! Even with all the lights on in the stores and the attendant right by the entrance...I tried walking in and she gave me the death stare and said they're not open. Instant crash and burn...after an awful day of travel...this woman gave no solace. She had an opportunity to brighten someone's day and she completely kicked me when I was down. It seems all Hudson stores at all of the airports I frequent have terrible customer service. Attendants are generally rude...many can barely speak English...and they could care less if you have had the worst day of your life."

"The person attending was abrasive, horrible attention, for no reason since all I said was thank you and pay. I would like to help places like this where is easily forget we are customers. There are so many other places in the airport I don't recommend using this one."
