"Unfortunately, at Chewy I feel as though I have been institutionalized. We are not allowed to have our phones unless we're on a scheduled break. We are also required to go through strict security measures - Chewy's version of "TSA". In my opinion, the culture/environment breeds impenetrable, egotistical, and toxic beings that strive to get their points across in the most vindictive manner. Chewy Pharmacy also assigns each employee combination locks and lockers, which makes it easier for them to pack up your belongings if they ever decide to terminate you. Lastly, it's very unfortunate that this company requires one to sign over their creative and intellectual rights for the company's benefit only to receive mediocre compensation. I would highly advise that anyone considering employment with this company: 1). Know their worth. 2). Seek legal advice/counsel prior to accepting a job offer from Chewy."
