"Pharmacist lacks communication skills and basic courtesy for her patients. Every tech I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been a polar opposite experience vs dealing with the pharmacist, but unfortunately you need to deal with her at some point. I understand that the pharmacy opened at 11am, which is why I'm calling at 11:15a. Don't appreciate the fact that I'm calling during business hours thrown in my face. "Auto refill service" is a joke. They spam called me for 2 weeks for a medication that I have 2 months of sitting in my drawer at home, and don't refill the medication that actually runs out. When I called to confirm which medication is "ready for pickup" I'm told that I requested the refill over night(another thing that was thrown in my face). Nope, that was your terrible "auto refill" system. Looking forward to changing pharmacists."
