"Was personally contacted by the pharmacist to let me know that after 3 days of trying, they were able to get our insurance to cover the cost of my daughters medication and that I would be receiving a refund. I am super impressed with their service! Thank you!"

"Worst pharmacy ever. I setup a delivery date of Jan. 8 for my meds online their site. Since I had to go out of town til the 7th. Then it was sent early on the 2nd. Anyway, besides the system issue I never received the package that was sent and delivered too early without my consent. when I called them to discuss it they told me no refund and no reimbursement on a refill. Not to mention the sub par customs service from both the agent and poor health care from the pharmacist. Horrible business ethics from this ridiculous establishment."

"I have had good experiences in the past having delivery done. I have requested a delivery twice this week. The second time was via phone call after not receiving the first. I ended up called back after not receiving the second. I spoke with Tiffany over the phone. Very unhelpful and rude at times. I would ask a question and there would be dead air space like she hung up. Last straw for me was putting me on hold while I was speaking. They are not able to get in contact with the driver they have hired to deliver medications. How silly is that? They can not give you an ETA or anything. Sad that they will let someone completely run out of a medication before showing any sort of care."

"I've never been IN this pharmacy but my daughter's dermatologist sent a prescription to them. My daughter is away at college so the medication has to be shipped. It was our first time using this pharmacy so there was some issue confirming the insurance so the prescription could be filled and shipped. Of course, any time you're dealing with insurance stuff it can be a pain! But when I called, I spoke with Jennifer and she took the time to figure it all out for me. I have to say she was one of the most friendly, professional and helpful people ever! I will definitely use this pharmacy again. Thank you Jennifer!"

"Terrible! I waited a couple days and then called and they said they didn't have it in stock, never bothered to call and tell me that, then they send the prescriptions and don't include any instructions on how to take the 3 different medications. I called the Dr. to ask for instructions and they said its against the law for the pharmacy to send out prescription with no instructions. I have never heard of a pharmacy so incompetent! No, you did not call me to tell me it was delayed due to being out of stock. I called you and asked where it was and you told me it was out of stock and you had to order it. No there were not instructions included or on the label."
