Besides the outstanding customer service, I love that the turn around time for a personalized gift can be as little as 24 hours. Actually, if I remember correctly, several years ago I was able to pick up a personalized birthday gift in the same day! I am sure that depends on time of year and number of orders, but it did happen and I was surprised and forever grateful! I also love how Leslie will make suggestions when looking for a gift. Often times I think I know what I want and then Leslie will show me something that I love even more. Pricing is spot on, and the quality is always excellent."
