"Recently discovered that a sweater from here has some new fabric called tensile that is woven into the garment that cased me to have an terrible allergic reaction . Discovered after wearing it a few times I would develop uncontrollable itching and skin irritation. I went to the store in Northbrook IL. for an explanation . Spoke to the manager about my issues at length with no resolution only poor excuses and no realistic help only a small discount for another purchase . Sweater was not wearable through no fault of mine. Manager needs to work on his customer service skills borderline rude."
